1️⃣ Purpose
The EXTREME Creative Showcase Series exists to highlight professional talent in fashion, beauty, barbering, tattoo artistry, piercing, body art, and creative culture.
This platform was built to elevate skill, entrepreneurship, and professionalism while maintaining a structured, respectful environment for all participants and guests.
Participation in any showcase requires adherence to the standards outlined below.
2️⃣ Professional Conduct
All participants agree to maintain professional conduct at all times, including:
• Respectful interaction with guests, staff, and fellow exhibitors
• Appropriate language and behavior
• Professional attire backstage and on stage
• Compliance with stage management and production instructions
Failure to follow production direction may result in removal from the showcase schedule.
3️⃣ Look Allocation Structure
Look allocations are based on participation type:
• Standard Booth Exhibitors: Up to 5 looks per weekend
• Shared Booth Participants: Up to 3 looks per brand, per weekend
• Showcase-Only Participants: Up to 3 looks per weekend
All looks must align with event standards.
Event production reserves the right to request adjustments or deny any look deemed inappropriate or misaligned with event guidelines.
4️⃣ Content & Presentation Standards
Beauticians & Beast EXTREME is a professional public event.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Explicit sexual content
• Graphic adult novelty items
• Hate speech or discriminatory imagery
• Excessively vulgar or offensive messaging
• Unsafe props or hazardous materials
• Weapons or weapon-like objects not approved by management
• Any content violating local, state, or federal law
Creative expression is encouraged.
However, presentations must remain appropriate for a mixed professional audience.
Event production reserves the right to remove any presentation that does not meet standards.
5️⃣ Tattoo & Piercing Demonstrations
All live demonstrations must:
• Follow state and local health regulations
• Maintain proper sanitation standards
• Comply with venue and fire safety guidelines
• Avoid explicit or offensive imagery
Participants are responsible for all required licensing, permits, and certifications.
6️⃣ Safety & Venue Compliance
All participants must:
• Follow load-in and load-out procedures
• Maintain safe and professional booth setups
• Comply with fire code regulations
• Avoid blocking emergency exits or walkways
Failure to comply with venue or safety standards may result in removal without refund.
7️⃣ Media & Promotional Use
By participating in Beauticians & Beast EXTREME, participants grant E-EXTREME EXPOS, LLC permission to photograph, record, and use images or video captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.
No compensation will be provided for media usage.
8️⃣ Payment Process & Refund Policy
All participation is subject to approval.
Once approved, participants will receive an official invoice outlining their selected participation level.
Invoices will include secure payment instructions.
Participation is confirmed only once payment is received in full.
All payments are non-refundable once submitted.
If the event proceeds as scheduled, no refunds will be issued for:
• Participant cancellation
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to attend
• Removal due to rule violations
• Failure to comply with event standards
In the unlikely event that the event is officially canceled by E-EXTREME EXPOS, LLC and does not take place, participants will be notified regarding rescheduling or credit options.
9️⃣ Agreement
By applying and participating in Beauticians & Beast EXTREME, you acknowledge that:
• You understand showcase structure and look allocations
• You agree to comply with all content standards
• You accept stage production authority
• You understand participation may be revoked for non-compliance
• You understand and accept the payment and refund policy
