💼 How to Participate in Beauticians & Beast EXTREME
This summer, we are hosting three separate 4-day EXTREME weekends in June and July.
You may participate in one weekend — or secure your placement across all three.
All participation is subject to approval.
Exhibitor capacity is intentionally limited per weekend to maintain structure, flow, and quality.
🔹 10×10 Standard Booth
4 Days – Thursday to Sunday
Designed for professionals who want full presence.
Includes:
• Indoor 10×10 booth space
• Business listing and promotion
• EXTREME Creative Showcase eligibility
• Access to the EXTREME Empowerment Program
• Up to 5 runway looks per weekend
Investment:
• $1,200 per weekend
• $3,200 for all three weekends (Save $400)
🔹 Shared Booth Option
(2 Approved Brands)
Two approved brands may share one 10×10 exhibit space.
Includes:
• Shared booth space
• EXTREME Creative Showcase eligibility
• Access to the EXTREME Empowerment Program
• Up to 3 runway looks per brand, per weekend
Investment:
• $600 per brand, per weekend
• $1,600 per brand for all three weekends (Save $200 each)
Shared participation allows smaller brands to collaborate while still maintaining professional structure and visibility.
🔹 Premium Corner Booth
(Limited Availability)
For brands seeking higher visibility placement within the venue.
Includes:
• Priority positioning
• Expanded exposure within the layout
• EXTREME Creative Showcase eligibility
• Access to the EXTREME Empowerment Program
• Up to 5 runway looks per weekend

🔹 Creative Showcase Only (No Booth)
For designers, tattoo artists, and creatives who want stage presence without booth space.
Includes:
• Main stage participation
• Up to 3 looks per weekend
• Production coordination support
Investment:
• $900 per weekend
🎤 Creative Showcase Guidelines
• Exhibitors automatically qualify for showcase participation.
• Shared booth brands receive individual look allocations.
• Showcase-only participants are approved based on quality and availability.
• All participants must comply with Creative Showcase Rules & Content Standards.
